CASEIF II has a Board of Directors were all investors are represented. Also CASEIF II has some Government bodies such as the Investment Committee. The investment committee takes all investment decisions of the Fund. CASEIF II´s operations are operated by Lafise Investment Management (LIM). LIM its in charge of contacting companies, review investing potential in companies, give a presentation to CASEIF III committee about potential investments, complete the legal closing of deals, supervise the performance of portfolio companies, and prepare exit once the project its over.
