To be eligible, companies must meet the following parameters:
Lower range: Must have less than 100 employees and annual sales or total assets less than $ 5 million. For these companies, investment amounts will range from US $ 250,000 to US $ 1.5 million, with an average of US $ 800,000.
High range: Must have less than 300 employees and annual sales or total assets between $ 5 million and $ 10 million. For these companies the investment amounts will oscillate between US $ 1.5 million and US $ 3 million, with an average of US $ 2 million.
The minimum amount of annual sales should be US $ 300,000 and the company's minimum social capital should be US $ 250,000.
CASEIF II intends to hold a share of between 30% and 49% of the total share capital, thus becoming a minority and important partner.
The investment period will be determined by the company's growth plan and by the possibilities of leaving each investment in the future. LIM will keep investments of CASEIF II during a period that will oscillate of 4 to 7 years.
