The investment process starts with filling the initial evaluation form by the company interested in having CASEIF III as a partner. After reviewing the form and eligibility of the company we proceed with the due diligence and investment opportunity analysis. Next step consists in LIM presenting an investment preposition that includes: terms in the deal, which needs to be signed if there’s an agreement. Next, LIM prepares a presentation for the investment committee in CASEIF III. If the deal is approved, it proceeds to legal analysis and investment contracts preparation. Finally, it is signed the investment contracts and executed the first disbursement according with the investment plan that was approved. This complete process usually takes between 1 and 3 months.
